Suzzanne and Brett Cromwell of the Lowell Film Collaborative host Watch →
Threads is a hyper-local TV show which is the brain child of co-producers Jack Mitchell and Lynne Lupien. The idea was to bring a whole range of voices together to talk about what’s going on in our city. Anything is fair game, from politics and government, to culture, the arts, current affairs, and community happenings. With a focus of getting content on the internet, but also bringing a new full one-hour show to LTC, Lowell’s cable access channels, Threads will have studio-based segments interspersed with field productions, and even web-exclusive content. We are currently developing episodes once per month.
If you are interested in producing content, learning how to run a camera, editing, or even creating web-only segments with your smartphone, contact us and let us know! We want wide and diverse points of view. Lowell is a great place to live and work, and has a rich history of community involvement, so come bring your ideas!
